We are happy to introduce you to Shirley Trousil Frankel, who was appointed Vice President and Program Director at the Organization upon the departure of Vered Carsenti. 

Shirley Frenkel has been providing services to people with disabilities and their families since 2013. This includes positions as Chimes Israel’s directors of the early childhood and after school programs.

Shirley holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work, group facilitation and parental guidance, and has been involved for over 12 years in leading treatment and rehabilitation frameworks for a variety of special populations and their families, as well as developing managers and professional leadership in the social sector.
