October 7th changed our reality, leaving nothing as it once was. Since then, we have faced daily challenges of anxiety, loss, deep emotional struggles, and overwhelming stress.<\/p>\n
The challenge of day-to-day management is particularly significant for managers of programs for toddlers, children, and individuals with disabilities. Establishing a routine within a nurturing and supportive environment is a central task for these populations and an integral part of our mission.<\/p>\n
The challenges of leading a team, advancing rehabilitation processes, supporting families and service recipients, and continuously preparing for emergencies have all become significantly more demanding in light of the current situation.<\/p>\n
In collaboration with the NATAL organization, we created a resilience workshop to equip our managers with practical tools that foster resilience within their programs and enable a return to routine amidst immense pain.<\/p>\n
Today, we held the workshop’s final session, which included group meetings in various forums. These meetings provided our staff and managers with resources to enhance optimal functioning, even during crises.<\/p>\n
The concluding session was one of two meetings for program managers, offering tools for resilience and personal growth.<\/p>\n
We believe we can deliver the highest service to our clients. We must adapt the skills of our key personnel to an exceptionally complex and challenging reality.<\/p>\n
The session fostered connection, sharing, learning, insight, and, most importantly\u2014a sense of belonging to a professional and dedicated group that continues to steer the ship even in the storm.<\/p>\n
