We are proud to announce another significant step in Chimes Israel’s professional development with the newly established training and knowledge management team, and the addition of team members Osnat Elnatan and Uzi Sagir. The team’s mission is to strengthen learning and development processes within the organization. It will create high-quality training systems to provide all the necessary tools for staff and manager professional development.

Establishing a training and knowledge management team is a strategic step in advancing professional development at Chimes Israel. It will enable us to continue growing as an organization that offers advanced training, practical workshops, and a skilled support framework for our employees. Knowledge development is critical in enabling our teams to enhance services and deliver innovative and personalized care and rehabilitation experiences for all service recipients.
